CrossFit is our specialty. Our group CrossFit classes are designed to help you improve your fitness in a way that is safe and fun.
New to CrossFit? Start-up is for you! (6 sessions), (5) Personal Training Sessions to teach you the fundamentals of CrossFit and proper form. We also add (1) group session in this package to let you experience the class environment, meet some great people, and practice some of the movements you've learned!
3-5 days of programming customized for your specific needs and goals each week. This program is ideal for those who can't seem to carve out the time to get into the gym, or maybe, you are not yet comfortable with a small group setting yet and prefer to workout on your own. This is a perfect program for you! Limited equipment needed.
Great for individuals who are working towards specific goals or prefer a 1:1 training setting.
