Goal Setting Session
CrossFit and Emerge members, we are excited that you are interested in having a goal setting session with us.
A goal setting session gives us the opportunity to work together and plan for your success. When you share your goals, we can plan for your success and hold you accountable to the actions that will help you meet them. Together we can define what it looks like for you to be successful and exactly what we will do to help you get there.
As part of the Goal Setting Session (if you so choose), we would like to take measurable data with our InBody body composition analyzer. In approximately 1 minute, the InBody can accurately measure percentages of muscle, fat and more so we can get a clear picture of where you are currently, and where you would like to be. We can track this data every three months.
A few things to know:
- Be sure not to workout beforehand if you plan to have an InBody body composition analysis.
- Be sure not to eat 1-1.5 hours beforehand if you plan to have an InBody body composition analysis.
- Come with a few goals in mind.
- Be ready to take action!
