Inside Out Groups combine intense, effective exercise with fun.

With trying new things being a staple pillar in the CrossFit prescription, we are constantly providing opportunities to make that easy. In an effort to specialize, or just for variety, some Inside Out family members like to change up their focus. We offer specialized programs to address a wide variety of needs and or goals. Don’t worry most of these groups can be done right alongside of a typical CF membership, yet some would need to be done on it’s on.

Most of the groups require only a 6 week commitment with an add-on to your current membership or it’s on separate membership. Some only require a punch card type commitment, and some of the groups are open to non-members! Here are a few:

This is a 6 week program offered 2x a year. We offer a 2x and 3x week option. This program is designed to get you focusing on your nutrition, working up a sweat all while targeting those stubborn areas most of us wish would just go away! This program has been tested and proven to produce some great results!
This is a 6 week challenge designed for those new to CrossFit, but looking to get started. It has a “bootcamp feel” with a CrossFit twist. There is also a strong emphasis on nutrition.

Attention barbell lovers! Are you ready to increase your strength and improve your technique in a variety of barbell movements? CrossFit InsideOut is now offering a six-week Barbell Program. This program is for anyone interested in pursuing additional instruction, programming, and performance that focuses on the two Olympic lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. You will also improve your strength and technique in numerous auxiliary lifts that supplement the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
